With it showing 4/20 now it's likely because Cryptopia finally brought their wallets back online and are catching up with the network. It should be fine soon. Other exchanges (example: C-Cex) are working fine.

It's not cryptopia that is catching up with the rest of the of network, its network that is catching up with cryptopia's chain. Their exchange is onto the forked chain and keeps the market open no matter what. They changed only one line in the source code, recompiled the wallet and put it up again. In so doing cryptopia team hints that they are the only ruler in this place.
