I agree But 40k a prisoner cost to the public tax purse..

Indeed, but have you ever looked into the cost of the legal appeals and grinding that goes on before someone's actually put to death in the US? It's usually in the millions and it can take 10-20 years of housing and feeding them too.
And there you go even more money i forgot to mention on court cost .

So just think how much we would save on the public taxes .
If we all had a universal income..Crime would go down a lot ..

Like if we lived in the uk we should get 15k free every year.
And the USA do it by there average wage ..

The money crime cost for legal fees and what not will cost less by giving everyone a universal income..

We all know most problems are because of money..
So lets take that problem away..
a STARTING POINT TO LIVE..

At YoungMinds we offer statistics on mental health issues in children and young people. ... There has been a big increase in the number of young people being admitted to ... Over 8,000 children aged under 10 years old suffer from severe depression (6). 72% of ... Many of them are struggling with more than one disorder .

So much stress to buy what we need..And prices in electric bills mortgage have rocketed ..

PARENTS STRESSED children will be stressed.. Cry Cry Cry

And no this is not me  if my child wants new shoes she gets them any time she so wishes.

I just see it around me and it hurts because i was one of those children growing up in the 1970s.

Holes in shoes that i had to wear for 2 years..

But i see the children in this day and age 100 times worse than we ever was on the streets..
As it is not strange today it is very possible to see the contrast between the poor and the rich. The world turned upside down and it's painful to look at this with so much technical progress.
