Depends on the country you are from, but from my perspective this would be almost impossibe. On the other hand if you have very good paid job and some funds to invest and you don't need to spend much then it's possible.
Depending on you're country this is far from impossible. Here in the US you'd be living on the street if you could only get 10K a year. It really varies from country to country.
I agree with you. But everyone has the opportunity to earn on the Internet. And here there are no borders. The main thing is a person's desire to make life better.
