OK, some simple rules

1.  No collateral no loan (if you want a no-collateral loan go sign up at getline.in or btcpop.co).
2.  Borrower pays escrow costs for collateral. (through Quickseller escrow here on BTCtalk)(minimum fee is 0.0075BTC).
3.  10% FLAT SIMPLE interest rate, (no matter what your term, interest is 10% of the principal).
4.  If you don't like the rules, don't apply, don't comment, don't reply, just go find someone else to give you your loan.
5.  For Australian's I can give out short term AUD loans.
