Its hard to give up gambling when your already addicted, once you're busy to play gamble you never notice to control yourself. Its hard to give up if when it becomes your habit already,, you are seeking you win and you hoping that you will win, but you don't noticed that your money and property is slowly disappear and lose. The most thing you do is turn to something else the interest in gambling.
You are right, I have been an addicted gambler myself for a long time and I have really tried my best to overcome yet I am quite a little bit addicted yet, I mean I don't loose more than I can afford but yet I am loosing on constant basis, though that I can afford.

Actually when you have thoughts of quitting gambling you worry that you have lost a lot and once that is covered you will quit gambling, and guys believe me or not its hard to chase losses really.

People confuse gambling too much with a way to make money. It is not there to make money it is there to try your luck. So try your luck and then stop. Don't keep going. If you keep going you will lose and this is a fact. So if you don't win in the short term that gambling session stop. Try again later. Addicts too often stress over loses then gamble wildly losing even more in the chase to win back a loss.
