Supply seems low enough, it has a decent name and low premine. All green flags.
It does definitely have some potential.
Will it pump for the french election? Probably. I think it's fair to say it could reach pretty high levels even compared to now.
It seems like the pumping has already started in anticipation for the event, I don't see it stopping before it happens.
