For me I just save some bitcoin and wait for a long term investments. When I already earn I just sell bitcoin and some are for savings. Because I know it will pump its prices in the long run.
From the beginning it goes up and down. So at some point the price has grown high rather than going down which gives the assurance of profiting the one who holds with patience.
Patience is a virtue to make profits in bitcoins and if you don't have patience then you will never make profits from it and I think at this stage waiting is the right choice to make as price can go even higher in coming months so that would be the right time to sell bitcoins.
