Rakki N.V. no longer uses the "very valuable brand" because Rakki N.V. no longer owns the satoshidice.com domain because "The owners of SatoshiDice.com had other plans for SatoshiDice.com".

Therefore, we can exclude that the domain was leased.If the brand SatoshiDice would be the valuable part, then bitcoinvideocasino would have changed its name to SatoshiDice instead of forwarding the traffic from the domain satoshidice.com to bitcoinvideocasino.
