Lately I am being able to control myself a lot in my gambling sessions and this is when I play in different gambling houses. I don't think I am addicted as I can stay many days without gambling at all. If I see that I am losing during a long time session then I quit and I don't think to restart another session during the same day. I think these are symptoms of a normal gambler and not an addicted gambler.
Or maybe a sign of a total gambling addict. The first sign of being an addict of something is denial. You always show off to people that you can totally control yourself and that you can stop at the moment that you decided to do so. At first is surely works. But at some point you will not be able to resist your urges. Your addiction will finally catch up to you and you will lose your control.
You said that you stop gambling and don't came back at the same day. Eventually you will think that there's no big deal in coming back at the same day or that today is just as good as tomorrow so you come back to the casino.
