Isn't that irony? I hoped to hear opinions about damages that can occur to the true value of trust here in the forum, with this type of shady offer.

Simply put, two things:
1) He is planning on scamming someone.
2) Standard account farming/shitposting with signature campaigns.
Bitcointalk doesn't really do anything about either one of the case (they do *some* work towards the latter one, but it's highly lenient, inefficient and therefore useless). Read this thread:
