how much of TX do I earn in setting up a MN?
and what I didn't understand is, what is happening with the 10K of TX? are they locked/gone?

You won´t lose anything. You have those coins in another address and you can spend those when ever you want, of course if masternode address have not exactly 10k tx MN doesn´t work anymore.
Is there still a masternode? How many tx do you need? Does this coin also have private transactions?
