Depends on the country you are from, but from my perspective this would be almost impossibe. On the other hand if you have very good paid job and some funds to invest and you don't need to spend much then it's possible.

Depending on you're country this is far from impossible. Here in the US you'd be living on the street if you could only get 10K a year. It really varies from country to country.

No. In industry nations you make more then 10 k just by working at mc donalds.

Sorry, I was making calculations with the average salaries much lover than in any western developed country, as you can see the OP posted that hes working hard as a student and by my country standards, that would be that would be an average salary here of about 250e monthly, a little less than average but still close.

But he is already able to earn 3000$ as a student so i guess he probaly lives in a more developed place. But yeah not being in a industry nations makes everything more difficult.

For residents of some countries - this is a very large amount. Official work in the country will not give such money. You need to look for an opportunity to earn money on the Internet.
