Study their respective roadmaps and as much as possible they must have an ANN thread here in bitcointalk forum. Delist some ICO's in your list that having some devs which can't answered much of the question from the investors and a troll user in the community. Their future development must be pleasing and serious about pushing on it.

We can't really say what ICO's are going to be bloomed someday as it was the risk for the investors. That's why you need some study here so that you can have some insights about them being an obvious scam or not. Good luck.
