It isn't a rushed release, we planned to start when it did due to announcements being made by our partners during the dates towards the end of the endBlock.
The pricing structure was created to give a short period for Pre-ICO investment (first 48hrs).
The roadmap will be published alongside the whitepaper.
We are unable to release the whitepaper until it has been signed off by our partners. We are working in partnership with a global supply chain delivery provider; and they are having to make multiple adjustments.
Our team consists of employees from both DeliveryWeb Ltd and our Partners, we have a formal agreement to work as equal partners on the project.
Although escrowing funds would instill greater confidence, It's too late the contract has been deployed. All ETH are held securely by Delivery Web Limited and Delivery Web Limited accepts all responsibility for these funds.
