Welcome to Bitcoin! You can "test" Bitcoin without even having to buy it, if you really want to just know how it feels like just by getting a small amount for free. I'll give you a hint as I don't want to promote any specific site, but look for promos in this forum that can earn you some small amounts for a bit of work. You'll withdraw it to your wallet, and feel nice about it.
If you insist on buying, I'd advise you to up your payment. Paypal buys especially need to cover fees and the risk of chargeback.

Thanks for your Advice. I am interested to work, but I also interested to buy. Do you want to sell any amount of bitcoin? I am willing to pay the cover charges and yes i am new and i don't have any trust in this forum, but i am not scammer! I will never charge back that $20 for anyone!
