Can't say with 100% surety. If the strikes are limited in nature, i.e targeting just a few of the military facilities, then I don't think that China and Russia will retaliate physically. But then, if the strikes are wide-spread and causing huge number of collateral casualties, then I can't predict how China is going to react. Russia will most probably supply arms and ammunition, but they are likely to stay away from a direct conflict.
