UPDATE
he claims he did not steal from me.  But I do not have my money back. I've send me a msg every day on skype with no response and now that he sees this he sends me a response. He says that if I delete posts he will pay me back.

Right there solves it
  By his own acct this user is a selective scammer.
I will not modify posts until I am paid me
