you can just download it from the official microsoft site, or from any other well known site wich offers such things.
I doubt he is looking to download stuff from the internet.By 'DVD' he meant the real physical disks you buy from Microsoft.Although that seems completely stupid,maybe OP is obsessed with them.If you need it on a cd/dvd you can just burn it on there, but i would recommend putting it on a usb drive.
