Hi! Please be informed that we have our own price discovery. The rate is not linked to Bitstamp or any exchange.

Why is it worse rate than at other providers?

Please be informed that the above-mentioned rate is dynamic and changes constantly. Sometimes it can be better or a little bit worse than at other providers. What I can tell you for sure is that we have a lot of other advantages over our competitors. We can provide you a promo code for the free Cryptopay card so you can make the most out of it Smiley

Sorry, I dont understand the critics here. Im totally new to BTC debit cards, but best service you get from Cryptopay, thats my experience. So quality always is a bit more expensive, who cares, when the service is great.

Xapo isnt able to verify my account (with exactly the same documents as I provided to Cryptopay) and the homepage and handling is a big mess with a lot of bugs.

Wirex is not answering one single email, nothing, no change of getting verified...

SpectroCoin is sending undesired PM and is miles away from being legit.

Uquid and AdvCash - up to now (2 weeks) no verification...

So, for me Cryptopay is by far the best, and their support is answering within minutes!
