Terms:

+ I have right to deny any loan request.
  -Without explaination.
  -With explanation/counter offer (*may your request too high, so i'll give you better options).

+Collateral.
  -No collateral = No loan. Following thread [EDU] The Rule of "No Collateral, No Loan
  -I can give you loan (If you have enough reputation, so that depends on my opinion).
  -Bitcointalk Account / ALT-coin (Depends on my opinion).

+Sign Message.
  -For those whoever asking for loan, signin message is mandatory to make sure you're the owner of that account.
  -Address must has staked over 3 months.

+About deal.
  -Maximum 7 days period, 10% interest. (10%/week)
  -Maximum 15 days period, 15% interest. (~7.5%/week)
  -Maximum 20 days period, 18% interest. (~6%/week)
  -For any delay of payment, the Interest will be compounded + 1%/late day. Please, give me notice if you're late on payment via this thread or personal message.
  -If user did not give any notice for 3 days, collateral will be sold or stated as mine.
