New ETC/MC profitability switcher stratum switcher.epool.io:8008.

Profitability pulled from whattomine.com every 4 hours.

Provides profit switching between pools www.epool.io and gmc.epool.io (ETC/MC).

Miner must use same key as they are interchangeable.

Mining directly to an exchange is not support for this stratum type.
