BTC38 - CEO messaged me saying they have put PIVX into their consideration list will get his team to look at it. That was 3-4 weeks ago. No update since.

Have you thought about contacting https://yunbi.com/? I think it is the second largest Chinese exchange to BTC38. They might want to add us now that we are listed on COINNBT.CC and have been in contact with BTC38.
