This will not show correct or show at all for poloniex deposit addresses due to how exchanges store coins.
You will need to wait for CHI release unless poloniex release some checker - which is probably unlikely.

I don't understand how does it work. I had some coins before the snapshot and I had some coins after. But I sold them very fast because the price was falling. So, how I can find out how much coins I'll get? That address which I got from Poloniex is new generated and doesn't work in the converter.
