There are currently no hard fork proposals being seriously considered by the Core devs. All of the things listed on https://bitcoinhardforkresearch.github.io/ are still in research, theoretical, and may not be accepted and implemented. None have BIP numbers either so they won't be actually considered for implementation and deployment until they get a BIP number.
