Hi, I can not transfer my first 0.5 monero to another wallet or an exchange. I have tried different computers, redownloaded WinX64 version, recreated wallet.

wallet version- same as daemon: Monero 'Wolfram Warptangent' (v0.10.3.1-release)

Any other ideas?
