Let's go for 0.10 first

It's going to huge to be one of the first to implement segwit. However, the real win will come once the devs start taking advantage of the code. It's nice to see the coin statement as to what segwit can bring forward with this coin - as this will bring the long term significant growth. If the devs stay active the sky is the limit - can you see DGB as a major market player in the smart contracts space?  I can!  Anything is possible for the first implementers of segwit
