Not sure why though, besides they haven't committed fraud as they did not exactly give a solid timeframe on when those gems need to be credited, allowing a loophole in the "contract".  I do have to admit that the price rally is a bit overconfident and has partially corrected itself.  Otherwise I sold off 1/3 of my crystals, the ~40 cents per crystal was too good to pass up, the rest are in for the long haul!
