A nice trick you can use for anything you want to know that's already on this site is the use of Google search.
In this case, search with Google for: twitter campaign site:bitcointalk.org
And don't forget to set in "tools" a time frame like "last week".

Some campaigns go through PromoPlugs platform and you have to find out where to download the wallet from, some (many?) campaigns have requirements for certain minimum bitcointalk rank and/or certain minimum number of (real) followers on twitter. You'll have to find the ones you comply and you will have to grow
