Open an address on lisk.io and dont forget to keep the passphrase you"ll get. Then you buy some lsk on polo or yobit or somewhere else and than you login again to lisk.io with your passphrase and you vote for delegates you choose.
This is not a giweaway, you vote with your address for delegates and than you are rewarded for your vote.
