Let me be the first to say this smells very scammy... You immediately launch an ICO (red flag), without escrow (red flag) and no information on who you are and who are the other team members that are part of this project (red flag). I think I'll pass... 
For a newbie you really know how to perceive or smell a scam site and this is really a scam site even a newbie can easily tell it is,might as well complete your information and be honest what your project can offer,because we see nothing on it.
