just tried a ccex withdrawal message said something along the lines of "automatic withdrawal failed - will be completed manually"
I've done 2 yesterday from ccex and both worked. Strange!
My ccex heat are from the initial ICO not sure if this is could be the reason for the manual withdrawal.
Is anyone else having issues with ico heat withdrawal from ccex? two 1000 heat test withdrawals yesterday failed no update from support overnight, now this morning my heat balance has returned to the pre x1.5 multiplier level.
so I receive this response from ccex in regard to the two failed 1000 heat withdrawals

thats great however they completely ignored my last support message with the fact they have returned my balance to the pre x1.5 multiplier total.
EDIT : ok this was resolved by support x1.5 multiplier was re-applied to heat wallet. Made several heat withdrawals from ccex which went through in seconds.
