FairPumps.net....just announced a pump with 400 innocent people on the IRC channel which loads on their website and it immediately dumped after they announced it.
Did you not read a word from the website?
It is supposed to be fun and fast, its a burst pump and provably random at that, decided by dogecoin block hash.
