The last day to participate in this bounty is 06-05 when crowdsale starts.But the platform and ICO are not only for promoting music, but also for helping creative people such as artists, writers, actors or all the same for a narrower range of talents.
This project reminds me of lbry ,which is library for books、videos , i think Voise will be successful

Not exactly, we don't pay artists for their ad revenue.
There's no adds on VOISE, you pay once for every song and you can then listen to it as much as you want, not only with the platform's player but also every other third party player since you'll have access to the audio file, think of it more like an open and decentralized itunes.
