Why such inconsistent news appear only at the end of fundraising. Looks like a black PR.
when an ICO builds more investors and before the end they release their findings, that's how money is made.
it has nothing to do with success or fail of a project, they do this as a way to scare you, and if you are scared you will pay 0.2 ETH to find more LOL.
