You can't agree or not agree with a Bitcoin bank since there already is a bank. You are the bank. If you don't know these things then why re you on the forum ? Knowing you are your own bank is the basics of bitcoin. Anyone entertaining this silly notion shouldn't even be involved in bitcoins never mind be on this thread.
A bank is a financial institution that accepts deposits from the public and creates credit.[1] Lending activities can be performed either directly or indirectly through capital markets.
You cannot say yourself a financial institution, do you? I guess you misinterpret owning a stash as being a bank.
Bitcoin is an ideal system that is designed to do without the services of banks. Therefore, I do not understand why complicating this process. Bitcoin Bank will not bring anything for users except for extra costs and control
