I would like to suggest you to completely avoid any chinese exchanger if you are not actually from China. They have implemented very strict KYC policy and you may end up losing whatever you will deposit there.
Its very risky. You won't get any customer protection, they can seize ur money and what you will do... appeal to chineese courts? 
Be very cautious here, your best bet is to avoid chineese exchanges.
