I received my Coupon Code, but the facilities to redeem it is not yet available, 9 months after receiving the email above. Now that forging rewards have been enabled, would it not be unfair your EARLY supporters cannot use these extra HEAT due to us for our forging? Please advise when we redeem it. If it is too difficult to incorporate this feature, please issue cash back manually. Thanks.
