Apparently the first batch of L3+ all shipped out and everything is on schedule from now on.
This is the email I have received this morning from Bella:

thank you for that information. In fact UPS also lists some new packages from Bitmaintech which are being prepared for shipment now (although I did not receive a shipping message from Bitmain yet).
