Certainly no. I gamble once I feel confident on myself and I have money that I can afford to lose. I think, we don't need to gamble more to earn more since the reality, we can earn more if we gamble sometimes as far as we are in the good mood of paying the game.
Most of the people prefer to gamble for fun and I don't think there is anything wrong in it as gambling is an form of entertainment and if you are gambling with an small amount that doesn't make you addicted to gambling so if you know your limits then everything will be fine with you.
