You must try to understand that Wings token is not just an ordinary token that be dumped. It is a token with service as you need it to forecast some of upcoming crypto start ups and ICOs. To be clear this token has a heavy responsibility when it comes to its platform usage.
I think the team specially to withstand long pause for the distribution of tokens. The longer they postpone the distribution the greater the interest.
This may explain the inflated price of Liqui..
The price on liqui has fallen from 19000sat to 8970sat

whats the reason for sudden pump and fallen in a few days? is it due to the launch fud? or someone manipulating the price?

These are IOU tokens so no need to be worry about that price on Liqui. Recent price is still above than ICO I'm quite sure when mainnet will launch and real tokens will be out for trading than it will get more high price.
