There is no max supply, they will have a 1 week window to raise 4.5 million dollars. If they reach that number within the dateline, they will "allow" a 24 hr window for further funding to allow those who couldn't buy to get on the wagon.
I think that is just BS. It seems to me that they want to be featured on cointelegraph after a possible successful ICO and even raise more on that 24 hr window.
So no limit of tokens, and initial investors can get diluted.
