You must try to understand that Wings token is not just an ordinary token that be dumped. It is a token with service as you need it to forecast some of upcoming crypto start ups and ICOs. To be clear this token has a heavy responsibility when it comes to its platform usage.

I think the team specially to withstand long pause for the distribution of tokens. The longer they postpone the distribution the greater the interest.

whats the reason for sudden pump and fallen in a few days? is it due to the launch fud? or someone manipulating the price?

Anyone taking IOU price as the actual market price, must be new to the space, I could remember when Waves IOU was trading above $2, the real token has never traded above $1 talkless of $2

Lisk iou was trading at $10, launched at 0.40$
