Every Saturday, we distribute shares. A share represents a portion of all ETT tokens dedicated to bounties campaigns.The amount of shares you own impact the amount of ETT tokens you will earn at the end, which will be what you call reward. The more shares you have, the more ETT tokens you will receive.
So, you have to wait until ICO's end to receive your ETT tokens. Then, you will be able to trade them.
I think it was mentioned by a waves representative that the token isn't yet created but will soon be. This token will be using both ETH and waves as far as i know. It seem a very complicated process if I have to think about it having a smart contract and also in the waves platform.
ETT tokens will be created around two weeks after ICO end, after ICO funds audit. It will be hosted on Waves blockchain but thanks to Incent blockSwap technology, you will be able to swap it on Ethereum blockchain!
