any plan for masternode down the road?
Answered you in Slack. Incent doesn't run its own blockchain, it's a digital asset on the Waves blockchain. There are no plans to introduce master nodes to Waves, however. So to recap:

Woulnt that just make price jump immediately and then people just dump back into this? It is not clear from this answer when will the buys occur. Better to buy slowly,isnt it?
A series of updates to Waves meant there were issues to fix in the main software. This time, with EncryptoTel, it was safer to bundle a bunch of buys together and make them all at once. In general, each buy will be made in real time, separately - just like every merchant transaction.

So how does it work with mobilego then? You check how much was raised that day? Or once per week? Or when the campaing is over you start making small buys or do you make buys during the coming days?
Not quite. Basically every time a deposit comes in we take 0.5% of it and purchase Incent from the secondary market. Whatever amount of Incent we get for that is credited to the investor. This happens in real-time (within a few minutes after the deposit) and investors are able to withdraw their Incent right away.
The two points you mentioned seem contradictory. Lets say the Mobilego crowdsale is tomorrow at 11am, before 9pm will you have purchased INCNT on the market?
