Great work on your pool.  I for one cannot wait to see your pool hit the multi hundred PH range that is not in China.  Not only that, where else will you find a pool as transparent, shares the transaction fees (the big five keep the transaction fees for themselves) and only charges .09% on the pool maintenance fee.  We need more pools like yours to offset the ridiculous bitcoin mining foot print that is being held by just one Country.
