Most likely the problem is that you guys forgot to PURGE ALL CACHE in Cloudflare ;-)
Just a tip.
You use Cloudflare to Cache files (js, css etc) and CF serves cached files through CDN.. That is the problem.

Ps. That means even if client deletes cache, it has no effect... CF has to delete cache so he gets new files from exscudo server.
Btw. Cloudflare is bad for SEO. There are much faster solutions, not really more expensive. Also to aquire real SSL certificates for free, there are better options.
