Not an expert in the subject by any means but it could be the best path for the project. I like the idea and definitely it's important for the new investors to feel safe so creating new name, logo and taking into account lessons learned from the past few weeks it should be good. Hopefully the project goes through successfully and we'll look back at this as a bump in the road. Try getting some further assistance from someone else who's not a trader (maybe a dev who can help), could bolster a better image for new investors and take some weight from your shoulders. Also, when the rebrand is on, we should add slack and telegram channels of communication. Maybe adding some kind of staking, MN, delegate, witness or whatever kind of "dividend" system to the coin will relive some of the selling pressure (as a trader you know this first hand). A clear path and map of where this is going after the rebrand would be nice as well.
