It's about a week by now since I got into bitcoins and I always check https://freebitcoins.appspot.com/ for free bitcoins but it seems to be always closed and its "The Faucet is being fixed; please come back in an hour or three." notice has never been updated

I might have to make a special note for it. I would hate to have to scratch it off the list and then have it come back up and not know since it isn't something that I can keep tabs on, being a one time payout faucet. It was also the original Bitcoin faucet.
