As my client is an investor, I can currently only see more questions being raised than answered.

Seems like Chris already scammed the community and left the project. Look at the charts & block explorer, you can see all the dev's JWLs have been dumped on the market when it crashed below 1000.
If you wanna find faces of the original dev, check out his earlier videos of improvements to the game and etc where he shows his face. AFAIK this was a 1-man show project, and later community members helped out e.g. with the btct community.
Really not sure what you're trying to prove here now, its like you're barking up the wrong tree and trying to take down someone who is helping and pushing out new designs and tech at his own expense. Look around bro... You sure you attacking the right people? If you're so free, go look for Pro4Never on the other forums for your client...
So new dev, aka OP took over the project, right? It is tough days we suffered because the original dev Chris scammed to us, dumped the coins and left with 300 btc ico fund.
