Does it require payblk's service to keep working? Is there a way to retrieve a wallet outside the app?
I think it's opensource, so you can always run it yourself. Also, I'm not sure but you might be able to import the seed into multiBLK.

payblk private keys can be imported to Qt client
payblk is opensource but needs a server to be able to run..
